Boris
Prokop, a Ph.D. trained econometrician, has over twenty years of experience in supervising and performing economic and
statistical analysis for electric, gas and water utilities. These studies
employ state-of-the-art mathematical and statistical techniques to solve a range of utility problems. Where appropriate, the use of computerized modeling is employed either on the client’s system or
utilizing his own resources.

rates, financials, and information services for electric, water and gas utilities. Technical analysis such as forecasting,
rate analysis, Cost of Service Analysis (COSA), supply operation optimization, load research and supply planning
models are some of the studies that he has performed for his clients. Borismetrics is a sole proprietorship.
